After Saturday being such a good day and resting on Sunday I figured this week's runs would be a breeze.... I feel like I just took 2 steps back.... Monday and today were difficult. Not much energy and felt like my legs were "heavy" again.. back like they were a couple of weeks ago. How can you go from such a good day on Saturday to being sluggish again. I am keeping it up, and I am still looking forward to Sat., even though it is going to be hot and humid--I am afraid.

The very same thing happens to me!!! Saturday I felt like I could have run all day. Yesterday and today I felt like gravity was going to pull me flat on the ground. It is soooo weird. I can't figure it out. At least we know we are not alone! See you Saturday!
I was told by my wife, who is the experienced runner- that it can occur sometimes over something as simple as what you ate the day before, and there are lots of things that can cause bad days, but sometimes, you just simply have bad days, and need to know that is part of the program. Hope they get better....See ya Saturday!
I feel your pain, literally! Hang in there and give it time.
Trust me, we have all been there!!! Just keep up your hard work and determination. You'll get through it. Slow days are gonna happen. It's part of the process.
