15 miles

Wow, 15 miles. We did it. I felt really good going into today, once again thought it was going to be a breakthrough in my time. It was not, but I finished 15 miles and am proud of it. I actually really enjoyed the rain. I was on the web last night looking up about tips for running in the rain....there were none. But there was an article a man had posted saying to just enjoy getting the chance to "play in the rain". Usually only kids get to play in the rain.... use it as a chance to play... so when the rain started pouring, I did just that, I enjoyed it, jumping, running through rain puddles, it was great. My body felt pretty good except my groin. Mark showed me some exercises to work on this week. I need to get that worked out. All in all, I am pretty happy. We are over half way now, like Mark says it is all between the ears now. I am so proud of everyone. All of you that get finished WAAAYYY before some of us others, give us the motivation to strive to do better. All of us at the back seem to keep encouraging others as we pass back and forth at our own paces. Tomorrow is 90 days... yikes, that seems like it is getting close.... how time flies when you are having fun!!!
Have a great week,
Ann
