Cannonball
I am just now posting, because after the Cannonball I had to drive to Shreveport for a wedding and then to see my dad and grandmother (who is 93). I enjoyed the race, especially having a different route than ever before. I really like not knowing "where" we are running, for some reason it is just that much more interesting. I didn't do nearly as good as last week, but I did Finish... Ready for a good training this week. Great to see everyone and thanks for the encouragement. My goal this week.....drink water.... I am not a water drinker, so that is going to be a challenge. I did thanked God on Saturday for those clouds... they were great.... hopefully clouds will again be provided for us on Saturdays. Have a great week...

Wow, Ann, my hats off to you wogging for 8 miles then SITTING in a car for 3 hrs. going to Shreveport---they would have to use the "jaws of life" to get me out of the car after that! Have a great week!
Ann, you placed at the race!!! Your last name is McInnis, right? I saw you when they called your name and I could tell that you didn't hear it! And I tried to get to you but you had disappeared by then. They said they would post the results online, but I haven't found them yet. Great job!!!

Ditto with Cjonesrun about sitting in a car for a 3 hour drive. Torture! You were commanding mind over body. See you at Strawberry.
